The LuMEN Collective is a structured 12-month online leadership cohort for men who want disciplined clarity, stronger conviction, and executive level brotherhood without leaving their city. It is designed to sharpen leaders monthly while giving them practical content to process and apply between sessions.

How It Works
Each month begins with curated leadership and formation content that members review in advance. The 90-minute cohort gathering is focused, discussion-driven, and designed to surface clarity and accountability. After each session, members apply the material through structured reflection and personal leadership integration throughout the month.

LuMEN Echelon
(In-Person Cohort)
LuMEN Echelon is a high-commitment, in-person executive cohort designed for founders and senior leaders who want deeper integration across faith, family, and leadership. It combines structured cohort gatherings with personal coaching to accelerate clarity, conviction, and alignment.

How It Works
Each month includes preparatory content designed to deepen reflection before the in-person gathering. The 5-hour session creates space for honest dialogue, leadership examination, and strategic alignment across life and work. In addition, each member meets one-on-one with Reza monthly to personalize the work and address specific leadership challenges.
Between sessions, members apply what they’ve clarified, ensuring that formation translates into real-world leadership movement.
